As the sun peeks over the horizon, I’m already up and preparing for another day at Long’s Air Conditioning, Inc. My name’s Mike, and I’ve been a technician here for five years. I arrive at a home where the heating system has completely shut down. The homeowners are elderly, so this is a priority call. After diagnosing the issue as a faulty igniter, I quickly replace the part and get their heat running again.

4:30 PM: New Installation Consultation

My final stop of the day is a consultation for a new AC installation. I discuss the client’s needs, assess their home’s layout, and provide recommendations for the most efficient system. I leave them with a detailed quote and information about our installation process.

6:00 PM: Wrapping Up

Back at the office, I complete my paperwork, restock my truck for tomorrow, and debrief with my supervisor. Another satisfying day at Long’s Air Conditioning, Inc. comes to an end, knowing we’ve helped keep our community comfortable and safe.
