As an HVAC technician for Frank Gay Commercial Services, LLC, my workday is never dull. Our company specializes in providing top-notch HVAC services to residential and commercial clients throughout the Orlando, Winter Park, and Altamonte Springs areas.
Morning Routine
- Wake up early and prepare for the day ahead

On-Site Visits
The first stop of the day is a routine maintenance check for a commercial client in Winter Park. Upon arrival, I greet the facility manager and get to work inspecting the HVAC system. After a thorough cleaning and tune-up, I ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
Next up is an air conditioner repair call in Altamonte Springs. The homeowner reported their unit was not cooling properly. After diagnosing the issue, I replace a faulty compressor and restore the system to peak performance.
Sharing Knowledge
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is educating clients on the proper care and maintenance of their HVAC systems. I take the time to explain the importance of regular filter changes, thermostat settings, and other energy-saving tips.
